The Role
As an Account Manager in the critical care division you will be responsible for Baxter’s Critical Care portfolio including Acute Renal and Nutrition. You will report to the Head of Critical Care Business.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives and targets.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts.
  • Implement an account planning process for Critical Care.
  • Build and develop professional customer relationships in support of objectives.
  • Develop relationship with key opinion leaders and product champions through effective communication, relationship building and partnership.
  • Maintain presence in all existing and target customers attending regular meetings.
  • Manage appropriate commercial and contractual agreements, maintaining service, pricing and commitment to customers.
  • Work within the IPHA guidelines.


  • Degree in Life Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive and relevant sales experience, preferably in the Nutrition or GI areas.
  • Strong working knowledge of the HSE is critical.
  • Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner.
