Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist – Central Europe, responsible for customer service including building relationship with customers, order management, invoicing, complaints management and customer data base update.
 
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Ensuring the proper flow of products and information from order receiving till shipment dispatch and receiving shipment by customer including:
       - Order taking from Customers
       - Prices and delivery terms verifying with accepted  offers
       - Monitoring of order processing progress
       - Shipment organization: allocation, truck composition and shipping instructions to export department
  • Preparation of documents concerning order handling
  • Complaints service: claims receiving and proactive work to solve customers’ complaints in line with internal policies and procedures
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service (call center, customer service or direct cooperation with customers)
  • Previous experience in import/export/logistics will be an asset
  • Fluency in English is a must – both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs – Outlook, Excel
  • Great communications skills and ability to build relationships
  • Customer focus and drive to deliver high quality service
