The Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will support the Manufacturing Planning and Reporting team. You will be responsible for the monthly financial reporting and analysis for EMEA, International and Renal Operations Plants.  You will also support Plant Controllers with reporting tools and processes.
As part of the remit will cooperate with various teams (Plant and Group Controllers, Finance Operations Director, Purchasing and Supplier Management and Global Manufacturing Finance) located in different regions and countries.
  • Publish EMEA and Renal Operations monthly, forecast and budget results.
  • Prepare presentations to support monthly, quarterly and annual operating reviews including manufacturing variations and profit & loss.
  • Responsible for forecast and budget data consolidation as well as analysis.
  • Supporting Purchasing & Supplier Management Team in the month-end results reporting: update Price Purchase Variance Cognos cube with actual transaction details and prepare Inventory Rate Variance Report.
  • Provide Manufacturing Senior Management with ad-hoc financial analysis and support on specific projects.
  • Support Finance leadership with process improvement, policy development and strategic initiatives.
  • Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides and standard operating procedures as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
  • Key finance competencies and qualifications from extensive, relevant experience with financial planning and reporting.
  • Experience working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
  • A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to manage complex situations.
  • Strong technical and financial understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards, Hyperion Planning and Cognos a plus.
  • Can communicate in a clear and concise manner.
