Sr Quality Systems Analyst

The Senior Quality Systems Analyst will Lead/coordinate/participate in metrics and data analysis related projects. He/She will gather requirements from Global Business Units and key stakeholders to provide meaningful, actionable metrics and analysis of data both internally and externally and determine the appropriate sources for the data and use the required tools. This role will ensure periodic and ad-hoc reports generated are complete and accurate and drive the standardization of queries to ensure consistency of reports generated. He/She will foster collaboration with the report requester to assure accurate interpretation of the data request and timely completion and distribution of report requests.
Qualifications for this role
- Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities and communication skills, and the ability to work with both IT management and staff
- Thorough knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, regulations and standards
- Ability to make good judgments and quick decisions
- Solid presentation skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills
- Strong influencing skills
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of experience in a quality systems analyst environment, or equivalent work experience
