Introduction
We are recruiting to replace our Technical Support person for AK series product family who has taken on new challenges in a new position within the company. This role is an important part of the System Support organization; working closely together with the whole team within System Support in Lund and Medolla to support the field force within Global Technical Services. You are the interface to the global field service organization as well as interfacing to R&D, Manufacturing and Quality.
As Technical Support for the AK series product line, you are responsible for all related support activities for the product line in customer facing activities such as technical training, performing technical in vestigations, writing reports and handling daily support cases in our HelpDesk, writing Service Bulletins, offering guidance and support in new and existing installations of dialysis equipment. This position is in Lund, Sweden.
 
Job description
Delivering continuous technical support and training to the AK series product line to and from the field. Ensuring a good flow of communication around the products. Participation in new product development project and in product care actvities being the voice of the customer. Internal support function for R&D, Quality (technical complaint investigations) and root cause analysis. A certain amount (~10%) of international travelling to support our colleagues in the field including hands-on training and problem solving on site can be expected in this position.
EMS has been introduced within System Support and this activity has become an essential part of our way of working.

Qualifications

Qualifications
A theoretical technical background with an interest for advanced technology
Knowledgeable in medical technology, regulatory requirements, products and components.
Good people skills and high degree of operational skills.
“Problem solver” when things do not work as intended.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience from a similar job with a service oriented focus.
Good computer skills are required, Word, PPT, Excel.
Accuracy and professionalism are keywords
Language skills: Swedish and English fluently and due to many international connections, any extra language skills are beneficial
