 Summary:

This role will provide crucial administrative and clerical support for an organization's budget and financial operations. Its responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting financial planning and reporting. The employee also maintains the Inventory and bills network services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions related to the budget, ensuring safe and secure storage. Reviews data and information for accuracy and make corrections when necessary.
• Producing reports and statistical data as needed, supporting financial planning and reporting. Ensure records and reports are kept safely and securely.
• Performing administrative and secretarial duties to support the budget process.
• Supporting financial planning and reporting, and potentially assisting with invoicing, reconciliation, and billing tasks.
• Understanding and assisting with the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Enters budget data and adjustments into financial accounting software and reconciles differences.
• Maintains accurate records for all transactions affecting budget preparation.
• Produce reports and statistical data as needed.
• Perform administrative and secretarial duties as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Overall experience required: 5 years of managing IT Accounting
