What you'll be doing

• Prepara los despachos de los materiales que se venden a todos los clientes IPSO. Realiza cycle count en todos los pasillos del área de Shipping mensualmente y de almacén cuando sea necesario. Recibe devoluciones de los materiales de parte de los clientes IPSO, los ubica y los procesa utilizando los sistemas de GME, DCLink y JD Edwards.
• Realizar las transacciones de manera electrónica utilizando DCLink, GME y JD Edwards para el despacho de materiales y la devolución de materiales a clientes IPSO.
• Revisa las ordenes IPSO de materiales en el sistema computarizado JD Edwards.
• Verificar que los materiales estén en condiciones óptimas para la venta en todo momento.
• Verifica los materiales despachados contra los del sistema de GME, DCLink o JD Edwards.
• Despacha materiales del área de R1 al área de IPSO(R9).
• Realiza inventarios “cycle count” en todos los pasillos del área de Shipping y en el área de almacén (Cuando se requiera), verifica y reporta los negativos.
• Mantiene el área organizada y limpia en todo momento incluyendo los contenedores y el área de reciclaje (Sol 6’S).
• Cambia el material cuando llega en configuración de Gaylor plástico a cartón.
• Cambiar de paleta plástica a paleta de madera cuando sea necesario.
• Localiza el material en el área designada en Shipping y lo coloca en el contenedor utilizando el montacargas.
• Cumple en todo momento con el manual del empleado y todas las reglas de seguridad de la compañía.
• Cubre las vacaciones de los Shipping Coordinators cuando es necesario.
• Dispuesto a aprender todas las funciones de los Shipping Coordinators y a tener conversaciones con clientes externos de diferentes partes del mundo.
• Alerta al Supervisor de Shipping sobre exceso de materiales que bajan de manufactura al área de IPSO.
• Cumple con todas las actividades requeridas en el área de shipping (Consolidar material, hacerle wrapping y/o cualquier otra tarea requerida por el área.)
• Poseer licencia de conducir vigente. Poseer licencia de montacargas y pasar el examen de montacargas especiales (Turret). Destrezas básicas en sistemas de computadoras y conocimiento en DC Link y GME. Disponibilidad para trabajar fuera de horario regular. Tolerar alturas de hasta un máximo de 40 pies. Hablar, escribir y entender inglés.

• Trabajo Mediano:Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor a 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos. Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano.
• Diploma de 4to.año. 5 años o más en posiciones relacionadas con material e inventario.
• Dominio de los idiomas inglés y español hablado y escrito.
