Zusammenfassung:

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie das Team von Acute Therapies durch die Erstellung produktspezifischer Schulungen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden (Einkauf, Pflegepersonal, Ärzte, Experten, KAM, etc.) ausgelegt ist.

Mit detailliertem Produkt- und Train-the-Trainer-Wissen unterstützen Sie als zentraler Ansprechpartner interne sowie externe Partner bei der Erreichung von Vertriebszielen und der Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung und Durchführung potenziell orientierter Kundenbesuche
  • Kunden über die Merkmale und die Anwendung der angebotenen Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Therapieoptionen informieren
  • Erfassen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Implementierung definierter Produktstrategien und -botschaften, die Ihnen dabei helfen gezielte Schulungen und Dokumentationen zu erstellen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von kundenbezogenen Aktions- / Projektplänen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Therapiespezialisten PD
  • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Weiterverfolgung regionaler und nationaler Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Proaktive Beteiligung an der Vorbereitung der Marketing- und Vertriebsplanung und Umsetzung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen und Strategien

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Gesundheits-/ Krankenpfleger, Krankenschwester oder Studium der Naturwissenschaft
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gesundheitsbranche für Arzneimittel und / oder Medizinprodukte
  • Funktionale Anforderungen und Kompetenzen:
    • Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
    • Fähigkeit, wissenschaftliches / klinisches Wissen anzuwenden, um den Kunden zu unterstützen
    • Individuelle Betreuung der Kunden
  • Integrität, Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit, Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit, Engagement und Innovationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Selbstorganisation, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englisch und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Italienisch ist von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
