Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Main areas for the position:
- Business support – Provide all necessary data to make better business and strategy decisions, including showing new business opportunities and insights,
- Business analytics – Identify business needs, and develop dedicated tools and reports
- CRM management – Managing customer databases, CRM administration, provide training
- Sales Incentive Plan management
- Territory Structure management
- Customer Performance analysis
- Periodic preparation of Sales reports and Tender reports - market analyzes, tender completion,
- Strategic recommendations for Leaders, Marketing, BU Managers regarding customer activity.
- Data quality control
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support management with sales incentives calculations
- Liaise with Commercial Execution Team to establish KPIs for sales force activities and monitor progress
- Identify new business opportunities based on business and financial analyses,
- Provide sales data, reports, and presentations in a clear, consistent, and easily understood manner, including to cluster management
- Support for projects initiated by global or local teams involving CRM or SFE projects
- Support business with sales force effectiveness analysis
- Analysis of customer accounts sales data/performance and products/portfolios sales data // Bring support to operational planning, regional and key account plans.
- Evaluate Sales Team effectiveness (territories, performance, etc.)
- Sales Incentive Plan and Commercial Incentive Plan analysis for sales force and marketing (Incentive scheme design and implementation (goal setting, reporting, payout calculation)
- CRM local administrator including customer databases (Salesforce.com)
- Training and sales force support – CRM, S&ME, targeting, reporting,
- Controlling the periodical usage of the CRM system, helping with the technical and procedural problems
- Close proactive cooperation and communication with the Sales and Finance and other departments.
- Lead cross-functional projects targeted at optimizing sales operations and sales effectiveness
- Creating of reports for marketing strategy (segmentation, estimation of price...etc.)
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
- Discuss, advise and work on the improvement of the necessary or potential reports and applications, and make the changes/improvements in reality.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
- Strong analytical skills
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills
- Flexible approach to problem solving
- Fluent English
- Application of digital tools to enable business is a plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL (advantage)
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools
- CRM system management knowledge (Salesforce.com - preferred)
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
- Previous experience in Sales or Marketing would be a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Include the education and /or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily:
- University degree (Essential)
- High level of Excel and Access skills (pivot tables and charts, advance formulas, database development),
- CRM system management (Boost or Salesforce.com - preferred),
- Project management experience would be an advantage (Sales Force effectiveness etc.),
- English (B2+) is essential.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience in medical device/therapeutic/equipment sales is preferable
- A knowledge of CRM systems and processes
