Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Organization

Voor een van de meest toonaangevende spelers in de medical devices industrie zijn wij op dit moment op zoek naar een sales representative/ account manager voor Noord-Nederland. Deze organisatie staat bekend om haar innovatieve karakter vanwege productintroducties en overnames. Op deze manier hebben zij als doel de zorg te verbeteren.

Deze divisie focust zich op dialyse-apparatuur. Ook heeft de divisie onlangs een aantal nieuwe producten, zowel hard- en software combinaties als gebruiksartikelen gelanceerd en willen zij nu het team versterken. Op dit moment bestaat het team uit een aantal sales representatives en klinische specialisten.

Function

Binnen deze account management positie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en uitbouwen van (bestaande) relaties. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor een breed en gevarieerd productportfolio op het gebied van dialyse-apparatuur. Hiervoor moet je sterke relatiemanagement-skills hebben en in staat zijn om op het juiste moment product- of technische specialisten in processen te betrekken.

Verder ben je in deze positie verantwoordelijk voor de volledige verkoopcyclus. Je zult verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het in kaart brengen van de decision making units. Daarbij ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het contact met specialisten, afdelingsleiders en inkoop.

Requirements

De ideale kandidaat ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een commerciële positie in medtech
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in het begeleiden van aanbestedingsprojecten
  • Je neemt eigen initiatief, hebt een proactieve en positieve instelling en hebt een sterk servicegericht karakter
  • Je staat open voor het volgen van trainingen
  • Je bent vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Bij voorkeur een achtergrond als verpleegkundige
