The Care Communications Digital Health Solutions is a product portfolio comprised of communications applications and solutions including mobile clinical communication solutions, medical device integration, alarm and alert management, waveform visualization and solutions for natural language processing. Together these solutions are focused on a vision of unifying the software platform to drive workflow efficiency, improve patient outcomes and strengthen patient engagement. Our portfolio is regularly expanding to include innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
As the Manager, Clinical Solutions Architect you will drive the implementation of consistent solution quoting practices as well as consistent design solutions used in sales, sales operations, implementation, and support. Support best in class quoting delivery models with creative solutions driving cost effective outcomes with an eye on improving our bottom line by recommending improvements to the overall process based on quality reviews, timeliness and product enhancements.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Implementation Engineers, and Sales Operations to determine distribution of quoting and design work and scheduling of proposal completion and design walkthroughs, if needed
Create quote and design accuracy and efficiency metrics to define team success
Deliver regular individual performance feedback to employees and Management
Complete employee onboarding and training and ongoing employee education and development
Ensure the creation of accurate quotes within the timeline and system designs that deliver on customer expectations defined by Sales teams and end customers in project scope
Describe quoting frequency and variance between project estimates and delivered actuals to provide access to project profitability
Collaborate with Marketing on quote design and appearance
Work with Sales and Services teams to determine proper expectations within project
Frequently evaluate quoting processes and tools to ensure efficient quote operations
Maintain, audit, standard operating procedures and policy documentation
You may be required to travel to customer locations for facility walk throughs, and evaluation of project sites
What you'll bring
Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or managerial field or 5+ years related experience in a technical subject area
5+ years of proven success working in proposal creation solution design, sales engineering, or 10+ years of experience in leading operations
Proficiency with automation tools with the ability to create and update professional, customer and contractor facing outputs
Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma, and Kaizen projects preferred
Strong project, program and change management skills
Ability to demonstrate the successful accomplishment of objectives, through guidance & management of teams
Sound business judgment and ability to sell ideas with strong oral and written communication skills with root cause analysis & barrier removal skills
Experience leading multi-functional teams and driving projects to completion
Knowledge and experience in Implementation Services/Logistical Operations
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $180,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
