Lead and manage Tokyo plant manufacturing group and supervise general management related to receive imported product and inspection.

Plan and execute the strategy to enhance the operational efficiency and achieve the on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and manage the budget of Tokyo plant
  • Manage the stakeholder’s requirements(Cost, Delivery, Quality, Safety)
  • As a team, plan and implement an appropriate receiving schedule in cooperation with Planning team and the warehouse site.
  • Manage work schedules for each item to maintain the release date indicated by Planning team.
  • Work with manufacturing plants to reduce import damage.
  • Plan and execute cost reduction projects as part of fulfillment
  • Plan and execute the middle and long-term manufacturing strategy
  • Develop BPTW culture
  • Develop competitive organization
  • Compliance with laws and regulations

Keep good relationship with internal and external stakeholders


  • Knowledge of GMP and QMS
  • Management skill to lead and supervise
  • Communication skill to have good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • English capability to have communication with foreign persons
  • Knowledge of Finance (Cashflow analysis)
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Labor control law
  • Project management
  • Bachelor’s degree and above
