RESUMEN - JOB SUMMARY:
Brinda apoyo administrativo al Departamento de Recursos Humanos y / o Gerentes en todos los asuntos de personal. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and/or Managers on all personnel matters.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordina las visitas externas, garantizar la organización de las salas de conferencias, coffebreak, las comidas y las reuniones, así como la reserva de hoteles y el transporte cuando sea necesario. Asiste a los visitantes extranjeros con sus permisos migratorios y se asegura de que tengan la información y la documentación adecuadas para cumplir con los requisitos legales para los visitantes extranjeros. Coordinates external visits assuring conference room organization, coffee breaks, meals and dine out meetings, as well as hotel reservation, transportation when required. Assists foreign visitors with their migratory permits and makes sure they have the proper information and documentation required to comply with legal requirements for foreign visitors.
2. Asiste al personal de administración en actividades administrativas, así como en otras áreas funcionales según sea necesario. Assists management staff in clerical activities, as well as other functional areas as required.
3. Primera impresión de la primera impresión de la empresa. Lead front desk first impression of the company.
4. Apoye el sitio en la compra de actividades como suministros de oficina, cafetería, celebraciones, servicios de telefonía móvil, y cree y confirme carritos de la compra y revise las facturas. Support the site on purchasing activities like office supplies, coffee shop, celebrations, mobile phone services, as well as create and confirm shopping carts and review invoices.
5. Controla la distribución uniforme y la disponibilidad para todos los empleados, así como las asignaciones y coordinación de armarios para los empleados. Controls uniform distribution and availability for all employees, as well as assignments and coordination of lockers for employees.
6. Mantiene al día los expedientes de los empleados, coordina y procesa la lista de verificación de empleados nuevos y de terminación para el sitio. Updates the employee file, coordinate and process new and termination employee checklist for the site.
7. Apoya la función de recursos humanos en actividades generales como: Reclutamiento, establecer entrevistas y validar las referencias de los candidatos, así como la verificación de credenciales. Supports HR function on general activities such: Recruitment, setting interviews and validate candidate’s references, as well as Credentials verification.
8. Apoya el Nuevo Programa de Orientación, con la emisión de documentos de identidad, el suministro de PPE, la documentación de contratación y la orientación a los servicios de los empleados. Supports New Orientation Program, with ID’s issuing, providing PPE, hiring documentations, and employee services orientation.
9. Realiza funciones de servicio al cliente respondiendo a las solicitudes y preguntas de los empleados. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
10. Puede realizar la entrada de datos en Tress cuando sea necesario. Can performs data input on Tress when necessary.
11. Coordinar actividades / eventos deportivos. Coordinate sport activities/events.
12. Apoya a Recursos Humanos en eventos especiales, festividades que requieren planificación previa, como: picnic de verano, fiesta de Navidad, eventos de reconocimiento, cumpleaños, comidas para empleados, etc. Supports HR on special events, festivities that require planning in advance such as: summer picnic, Christmas party, recognition events, birthdays, meals for employees, etc.
13. Realiza otras tareas similares o relacionadas según sea necesario o asignado.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 1 año como asistente o como asistente de gerencia.

Lic. en Administración o carreras afines

Experiencia manejando sistema Tress

Experiencia en organización de eventos

Inglés fluido
