Objetivo principal del puesto:

  • Asegurar la disponibilidad y el mantenimiento de los moldes, fixturas y accesorios para la fabricación de nuestros productos garantizando su calidad y la seguridad de nuestros pacientes.

Principales Actividades y Responsabilidades:

  • -Elabora, negocia y administra los objetivos y presupuestos de su departamento, así como las estrategias y planes de acción para cumplir esos objetivos.
  • -Liderea, guía, desarrolla y mejora las habilidades técnicas y administrativas de todo el personal de Taller de moldes.
  • -Coordinar actividades con el departamento para asegurar reparación de herramientas/moldes.
  • -Establece procedimiento estándar para flujo de valor del taller de reparación identificando desperdicios e implementando metodologías de mejora continua.
  • -Mantener el sistema PM´s de herramientas/moldes al día y bien documentado basado en mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
  • -Supervisa y asegura el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, la generación y entrega oportuna de los documentos y así mismo, del cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos aplicables a su organización (Máximo y QS).
  • -Se involucra en el diseño de los nuevos moldes Se involucra en la mejora de los moldes para eficientizar el proceso de moldeo Diseña (si es necesario) y actualiza los dibujos de los moldes actuales

Experiencia:

  • 5-7 años de experiencia en el área de taller de moldes/moldeo en la industria médica (Deseable)
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en el sector de inyección de plásticos
  • 3 años mínimo de experiencia en el manejo de herramientas de manufactura esbelta y Six Sigma
  • 5-7 años de experiencia en supervisión de taller de moldes
  • 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo
  • Experiencia en diseño mecánico
  • Experiencia en control de estadísticas
  • Experiencia en producción de alto volumen
  • Experiencia en diseño de Moldes

Conocimientos:

  • Extrusión, Moldeo, Inyección, Conocimiento de resinas ABS, PVC, CPVC y termoplasticos
  • Conocimiento del programa de 6´s
  • Master molder I (II deseable)
  • Conocimiento de moldeo científico
  • Diseño de moldes de inyección Moldflow, simulación 3D, desarrollo de proyectos
  • Conocimiento de manufactura esbelta
