Specific Responsibilities
Carry out the operation of filling process according to SOPs and relative regulations.
Fill relative records correctly
Filling according to production plan, and meet the position speed requirement.
Clean the inside and outside of filling machine, ensure the situation corresponding to GMP.
Ensure the situation of filling room and cleaning cushion rooms corresponding to GMP.
Ensure the accuracy of filling machine label.
Implement the CIP according to the SOPs
Complete each batch of products in the process of microbial and chemical sampling according to SOPs
Complete sampling of adhesive according to SOPs
Complete the CIP of heat exchanger according to SOPs
Carry out the line clearance according to SOPs
Familiar with all kinds of filling defects, and can analyze the source of defects.
Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to administration.
Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger
the environment or people.
Achieve other jobs arranged by Filling Group Leader or Production Supervisor
