Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Sales Representative Clinical Nutrition (f/m/d)

im Gebiet Deutschschweiz.

Ihr Profil:

  • Naturwissenschaftliches / wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

  • Einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie

  • Expertise im Klinikvertrieb oder Vertriebserfahrung im Segment der intensivmedizinischen Produkte

  • Erfahrung im Bereich klinische Ernährung ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

  • Selbstständige, von überdurchschnittlicher Eigeninitiative geprägte Arbeitsweise

  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchhaltevermögen und die Fähigkeit, Win-Win Situationen im Dialog mit Kunden zu erzielen

  • Empathie, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse am Thema klinische Ernährung

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um auch an internationalen Trainings und Projekten teilnehmen zu können

  • Pkw-Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft im Gebiet

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung bestehender und Akquisition neuer Kunden im Kliniksegment

  • Auf- und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und fachlich kompetente Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Kunden im Hinblick auf parenterale Ernährung

  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, Auswertung relevanter Marktinformationen und Ableitung von Aktivitäten auf Grundlage von Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen

  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation Ihrer Aktivitäten im CRM System

  • Identifikation der relevanten Entscheider:innen in Kliniken und aktive Pflege von Netzwerken im Hinblick auf Ernährungsteams und Meinungsbildner:innen in onkologischen, nephrologischen, pädiatrischen und gastroenterologischen Indikationen

  • Teilnahme an Kongressen und anderen Kundenveranstaltungen
