We are actively seeking a Production Operator to join our team of wonderful people based in Stockport.

The role will be a mix of labelling, performing equipment checks, sanitising equipment, and cleaning and maintaining all areas critical to manufacturing our products that save and sustain lives.

Problem-solving is a key element of this position, as production operators are encouraged to optimally diagnose and treat machinery malfunctions and adjust equipment to operate at maximum efficiency.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • The ability to work well with others.

  • Good oral/written communication

  • High attention to detail

  • The ability to operate and control equipment.

  • To be flexible and open to change.

  • Physical skills like strength and coordination.

  • Adhering to safe practices is a must for the health and well-being of the production operator as well as those they work with.

  • The ability to communicate and work with all manner of team members, in a conscientious and inclusive way.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics

  • The rate of pay is £23,000 per annum with a £46.91 per week shift allowance
