The Senior Specialist of Cardiology Connectivity Marketing is a key support role to help implement marketing plans and programs to help meet revenue and market share targets for the diagnostic cardiology and ECG management solutions in the US market. This commercial/downstream marketing position will support the US sales team as the internal product and business authority for ECG management (Epiphany Cardio Server) and Eli Link (diagnostic cardiology gateway software) products.
This role is ideally based in the Syracuse/Skaneateles, Deerfield or Milwaukee areas with the ability to work in a hybrid model!

Reporting to the Senior Manager, US Cardiology Marketing, you will join a large, multinational organization, and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through collaboration with a variety of individuals, exposure to different facets of our portfolio, and an encouraging leadership team that supports ongoing development.
What you'll be doing
Serve as regional business authority of cardiology connectivity solutions, implementing and supporting product, positioning, promotion, pricing initiatives to support the US sales team
Build and implement product launch and go to market plans to support new product and feature releases including strategies to increase adoption of cloud-based ECG management solutions for new and existing Epiphany customers
Establish customer reference sites, evidence-based proof points, and testimonials of product value propositions for Epiphany Cardio Server ECG management solutions
Develop sales training to enable field sales team to understand connected ECG workflows and help them articulate key clinical, economic, and financial benefits of our connected cardiology solutions
Collaborate with global marketing and enterprise connectivity teams to develop business model for primary care ECG management solutions
Partner with marketing communications team to develop communications materials, demand generation programs, and product support materials value propositions
Support strategic partnerships for connected cardiology partners to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred
Five years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, Healthcare IT, or related field
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and analytical skills including Microsoft Office Excel
Excellent customer presentation skills and executive presence
Ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner and lead multiple priorities while working cross functionally
Ability to travel up to 20-25%
Knowledge of cardiology and diagnostic workflows or Healthcare IT preferred
