Summary:

This individual shall conduct Container Manufacturing projects for therapeutic products and implement relative automation / digital technologies on manufacturing processes for plants in Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in APAC New Product Introduction (NPI) programs together with multiple functions.

• Execute container manufacturing projects from planning, design, development, installation to qualifications, and improvements after putting into operation. Provide technical advices to plants project teams as SME.

• Responsible for the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various automation technologies and robotic processes and techniques, in order to accomplish business objectives.

• Maintain drug container, automation technical knowledge up-to-date on manufacturing processes for various product families, technical platforms and plants.

• Work closely with other Engineering Disciplines on implement innovation ideas and technologies to improve existing manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, MS with at least 3 years, or PhD with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The degree should be in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or Process Control Engineering;

机械工程、自动化或过程控制工程相关专业，本科毕业具备5年以上相关工作经验，硕士毕业具备3年以上相关工作经验，博士毕业具备2年以上相关工作经验。

• Experience with Medical Devices Manufacturing, Therapeutic Product Manufacturing, Automation Process. Manufacturing process qualification, DOE  and trouble shooting experiences are desired.

熟悉医疗器械制造、治疗产品制造、自动化流程方面。具备制造工艺验证、实验设计和故障排除的经验

• Good understanding of GxP, Data Integrity Requirements as well as Quality by Design (QbD) principles;

• Excellent in writing and oral communication in English, adequate computer skills

具备符合工作要求的英语写作、口语交流和计算机应用的能力

• Well experienced in prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to shift gears between projects comfortably

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, and good communication and interpersonal skills are highly desirable;
