JOB SUMMARY:
• To propose, plan and execute the Yearly Clinical Support Plan successfully in accordance to Sales Budget
• Yearly plan for Clinical Education and Training for end-users and distributors
• To maintain excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and establish Reference Sites in Major Regions of China
• Communicate and work with Hill-Rom International/APAC Clinical Marketing as well as local Business Partners Management Team and Sales Staff to ensure sufficient GSS Product and Clinical knowledge is achieved
• Be representative of China in International Clinical Advisory community, As Clinical interface with Corporate Marketing as well as R&D to provide input/feedback of market dynamics & competitions.Be able to think and work independent on mid term clinical strategy and offerings, reflected in marketing promotion, selling tools.
• Work with International/Global Clinical Education Team for Product launches, Promotions and Clinical support activities/events
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:
Clinical Support on Major Projects, Build KOL relationship
• Provide support for National key projects(>100KUS$) in strong hold and must win regions, clinical communication with doctors & nurses, provide Products offering planning paper, which including products offering & clinical benefits.
• Optimize GSS product portfolio offering/package(customized presentation; visit GSS to promote clinical benefits, tender support) towards different hospital segment,work closely with sales manager/business partners to improve win ratio of major GSS project
• Deliver Major GSS products clinical sales packages including (Customer presentation; configuration, clinical presentation, Tender Spec Sheets, Comparison sheet)
Build and Maintain GSS KOL relationship, Set up regional GSS reference site
• Cooperation with Jiangsu top hospital for continue education program.
• Build and develop good relationship with GSS KOLs or clinical research project
• Take lead in build Regional GSS reference site by work closely with Sales Managers/business partners
Go to Market & Promotion
• Create & develop Launch plan & Marketing deliverables for New product Introduction and tenders, incl product brochure creation.
• Define GSS promotion strategy and booth design, create and monitor sales leads during Trade Show and Seminar for GSS segment
• Join customer visit to understand market, customer needs and competitions
• Provide updated competitive analysis from major tradeshows and share with commercial team
• Work together with Marketing Mgr to Plan and Support regional tradeshows and seminars to promote Hill-Rom GSS solutions
• Organize and provide training for sales and distributors
