Propósito:

Brindar soporte al área de operaciones de calidad en el seguimiento a métricas, cálculos de indicadores, revisión de tendencias, realización de informes.

Funciones Principales:

1. Realizar seguimiento diario a reclamos, actualizar gráficas, seguimiento a fecha de cierres, seguimiento por incidentes y por CIPM´s.

2. Realizar el cálculo anual de límites de scrap por defecto y por familia de producto terminado.

3. Actualizar los indicadores de Most mensualmente

4. Llevar seguimiento a los batch record de la planta de soluciones

5. Realizar simulación de seguimiento al cierre de reclamos

6. Realizar auditoria de calidad para el área de equipos y lavandería

7. Actualizar indicadores de la presentación CRB

Requisitos:

1. Estudiantes Tecnologia Industrial y/o en Gestión de la Producción.

2. No haber firmado contrato tipo Sena.

3. Tener disponibilidad inmediata para iniciar practica.
