  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to provide financial insights & analysis to drive business decisions

  • Support comprehensive planning processes (long range plan, forecasts, operating plan) and monthly results reviews

  • Countries coverage: primarily Malaysia & Vietnam

Key Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:

  • Coordinate and prepare quality analytics for monthly or quarterly reporting to management, regional or global

  • Partner with various functions to analyze performance and margins, drive cost efficiencies and identify areas of risk and opportunities

  • Tracking of working capital against targets

  • Review and evaluating accuracy of information and assumptions by applying key business knowledge

  • Support preparation and submission of budget and planning cycle deliverables

  • Provide comprehensive analytical support to assist business decision making in investments, business plans and strategies

  • Act as trusted business partner, leveraging financial and business expertise to drive great decisions

  • Ensure integrity of all financial data, controls and business practices

  • Drive and support implementation of continuous improvement and operational excellence

  • Participate in and/ or lead ad hoc projects

Qualifications & Education

  • At least 4 years of experience at a multinational company, with strong experience in financial planning and analysis

  • Degree holder in finance/economics/accounting/business administration is preferred, but other disciplines will be considered


  • Ability and flexibility to work independently, take initiative and act as change agent is required

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with sound business judgment

  • Strong can-do attitude: Innovative and collaborative with a passion for accuracy, quality and efficiency

  • Strong communication skills in communicating the insights to stakeholders in a clear, understandable way

  • Strong process and project management capabilities

  • Compliance, personal ownership & accountability for results is required

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and application of GAAP

  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn/ leverage on digital tools, experience on Tableau is an asset

  • Hands-on experience of JDE, Hyperion, Cognos is preferred
