Product Manager, Nutrition (Home), ANZ

Product Manager - Nutrition (Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane based role)
A great opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Nutrition team. You will manage the development and execution of strategy against target segments for the Nutrition portfolio, in order to maximise Baxter’s share of existing markets and identify areas of strategic growth into new segments.
In this role you will:
Analyse business activity, facilitate appropriate market research, trend/market dynamics and autonomously develop key market metrics and tools for business analysis that assist in budgeting and forecasting
Work with the sales management and sales team to develop and execute a tactical plan that is aligned to delivering the approved strategy
Work with key stakeholders in Health Economics and Government Affairs to further understand funding models and potential growth areas for PN.
Produce communication plans with supporting materials in line with Baxter and Medicines Australia guidance
Identify and develop plans for customer interactions at local and international educational congress that are aligned to strategy
Develop and implement pricing strategies
Work with key internal stakeholders to execute commercial advisory board/focus group meetings with key subject matter experts
Prepare approved presentations for external customers on product features & benefits as support for field staff in their sales activities.
Provide insights for the Business Unit Manager, Nutrition for high level strategic planning around market expansion activities
Key Requirements of the role include:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare or similar
Provide insights for the Business Unit Manager, Nutrition for high level strategic planning around market expansion activities
Advanced PC skills and ability to develop and work with complex Excel files
Proven experience managing a budget
Experience with ICU or other highly specialised brands, advantageous
