The Supply Chain team has many exciting projects currently and in the future. We are seeking a highly experienced Supply & Demand Planner to join our high performing team based in our Old Toongabbie Campus. Your main duties will include supporting commercial and operational business needs by managing and ensuring execution of the ANZ demand and fulfilment.
This pivotal role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder managementskills across the business. You will be a positive self-starter with strong analytical, attention to detail and decision-making skills. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment, be solution focused and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
Manage forecasting consensus meetings with cluster/country commercial team
Understand the drivers behind forecast adjustments & be able to clearly communicate these to other stakeholders
Maintain Market intelligence-based adjustments to baseline statistical forecast in Rapid Response system
Collaborate with other demand planners to validate commercial adjustments to baseline forecasts
Work with other central demand planners to manage/apply constrained product forecasts and communicate to stakeholders
Provide cluster/country analysis & reports
Communicate with Network Planners/Production Planning Managers to monitor delivery pipeline
Collaborate with local teams & stakeholders to manage supply risks & issues, e.g. constrained supply, low-cover and back orders.
Ensure planning parameters in Rapid Response & SYNC are updated as required
Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships globally and locally to facilitate timely supply of quality goods and services
Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain data integrity for all aspects of product and supplier set up within the master data system
Work closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration (including run out plans where necessary) of new and existing products to minimise obsolescence costs and customer impact.
Take action on key reports which include backorders, customer service levels, low inventory coverage, excess and expiry reports to minimise customer service and cost impact
Responsible for inventory forecast for assigned product portfolios
Lead efforts to reduce and redistribute excess and slow move inventory for assigned product portfolios
Support country/cluster Financial processes
Manage product lifecycle activities e.g. product launch, phase in/phase out
Maintain master data in ERP
Support Customer Service team in management of customer orders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
At least 5-8 years of Supply Chain & planning experience
Mastery in planning concept with hands-on experience in multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces
Working knowledge of inventory management
Proficient in English Language
Proven ability to make timely decisions
Strong project management capability enhanced by an effective change leadership capability.
Demonstrated experience in working in a matrixed environment, both locally and globally.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics Management is preferred
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
Experience in Healthcare industry
