We are looking for experienced and entry-level Cardiac Analysis Technicians to join our Clinical Services Team who are passionate about cardiac rhythms and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a multifaceted and fast-paced environment and be a part of a team of top ECG Analysis Technicians. Prior ECG experience is preferred, but not required; ECG Interpretation training is provided.

**EXPERIENCED AND ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS AVAILABLE**

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will report to the Associate Director of Clinical Services in New Providence, New Jersey. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, analyzing ECG data and related algorithm findings from Carnation Ambulatory Monitors.

  • Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Act as the main contact for the data management team/process.

  • Perform troubleshooting and evaluations on pneumatic systems and then compile, analyze, troubleshoot, interpret, and document results into the system(s) of record.

  • Building CAM reports including summary of findings and applicable strips.

  • Fulfill productivity and quality quotas as outlined by management.

  • Develop collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals with both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Excellent computer/software proficiency level.

    • Ability to learn and efficiently utilized company-specific software for ECG interpretation.

    • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing either the Pre-Employment ECG Exam or the ECG Training Course Exam with a 75% or higher.

    • If not already certified, able to apply for and obtain either a CRAT or CCT certification within 9 months of start date.

    • Excellent attention to detail.

    • Must be able to balance team/individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team culture.

    • Phenomenal work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customers and patients.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, communication, and social skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • CRAT/CCT certification preferred.

    • Prior experience as a Holter Scanner or telemetry/monitor technician, with in-depth arrhythmia interpretation knowledge highly preferred.

    • Knowledge of medical terminology, specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiology.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base hourly range of $15.86 to $36.54. The above range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
