At Baxter Hellas EPE we are looking for the next generation of talent to join our Graduate Program.

We have a fantastic 6-months opportunity for recent graduates who are seeking a first professional experience in our Tender Department based in Athens.

This is an opportunity to immerse yourself and understand what it’s like to be part of a tender team in a large multi-national company and gain crucial experience.

What is the Graduate Program about?

We aim to develop top diverse talent for our Tender team:

  • Initial assignment to a job
  • Frequent feedback sessions with your manager
  • Developing your professional skills
  • Activities including meetings with Leadership Team, Baxter Resource Groups
  • Peer network across Baxter
  • Learn an in-depth understanding of how the Government Medical devices and pharmaceutical business work.
  • Learn how to work as a team in submitting a Tender proposal to Government.
  • Learn the end-to-end process of supplying Pharmaceutical/medical product to hospitals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - will include most but not necessarily all of the following:

  • Liaise with Tender manager in confirming the offered products and prices
  • Update Tender and award tracker and filing the documents
  • Collate documents for Tender Monitoring and Business Monitoring
  • Support cross- departmental business processes
  • Support and improve data analytics to drive stronger negotiating positions during the tender/bid process
  • Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field
  • No previous office work experience
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • A positive attitude and a continuous growth mindset
  • Flexible, adaptable and mature approach
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work on projects
  • Good analytical skills
  • Live near the Athens area
