Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Ziel der Position:

Ihre neue Aufgabe besteht im Aufbau langfristiger strategischer Partnerschaften zu Entscheidern in Krankenhäusern, Krankenhausgruppen oder Einkaufsgruppen zur Identifikation von Projekten zur Prozess- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsoptimierung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln langfristige Partnerschaften zu Führungskräften und Entscheidungsträgern in Krankenhäusern und Einkaufsgruppen auf lokaler Ebene
  • Sie bilden ein Netzwerk zu wichtigen internen und externen Stakeholdern, die sich für die Entwicklung von Innovationen und Pflegewegen engagieren
  • Aufbau von vertrauenswürdigen Partnerschaften und Projekten zur Risikoteilung mit den Platinum-Kunden
  • Sie identifizieren Kundenbedürfnisse und Markttrends durch Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden
  • Sie stellen die Beteiligung von Baxter an solchen Großprojekten sicher und übernehmen die Projektaufsicht
  • Gemeinsam mit jeder Geschäftseinheit erarbeiten Sie Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität der Versorgung und nutzen dabei das Fachwissen von Baxter
  • Sie wandeln Chancen in messbare Aktions- / Projektpläne um und bestimmen die KPIs zusammen mit den Business Unit
  • Sie bereiten im Rahmen der „Value“ -Initiative das Wertversprechen, die Stakeholder-Zuordnung, die Preispolitik und die Rentabilitätsanalyse der beteiligten Business Units im Hinblick auf die Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen / Vertragsverhandlungen vor
  • Formt die Ausschreibungsstrategie für kritische Kunden und verfolgt die Strategieeffizienz im Vergleich zum Wettbewerb
  • Sie entwickeln und implementieren die Pläne zur Änderung und Verbesserung der Servicebereitstellung
  • Sie leiten „virtuelle“ Teams und sorgen für eine erstklassige Implementierung und koordinieren die gemeinsamen Projekte
  • Sie sorgen für die Bereitstellung von Budget-Auswirkungsmodellen und realen Daten, um die Effizienzgewinne in den einzelnen Bereichen für wichtige externe Kunden hervorzuheben

Ihre Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Geschäftsplanung / Marktanalyse, Erstellung von Wertbeiträgen und Grundsätzen für Marktzugänge
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Sales auf Key Account Ebene
  • Erfahrung im nationalen / regionalen Ausschreibungs- und Beschaffungsprozess
  • Idealerweise Produkt-Management / Marken-Erfahrung
  • Fähigkeit, Logistik-, Preis-, Kundendienst- und Lieferkettenprozesse und -ziele schnell zu verstehen
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Erfahrung und Fähigkeit komplexe Verhandlungen auf C-Level zu führen
