Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. Regional Sales Manager Advanced Surgery (f/m/d)

mit Sitz in Norddeutschland.

Sie entwickeln Konzepte, Pläne und Maßnahmen zur weiteren Steigerung des Wachstums unseres Portfolios in den Bereichen Hämostase, Gewebeklebung, Knochenersatz, Dura Regeneration und Knochenwachs in der Region Deutschland Nord. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Vertriebsteam stellen Sie die Erreichung der vereinbarten Vorgaben in Bezug auf Umsatz, Marge und Marktanteile sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen Strategien unter Berücksichtigung bundesweiter Pläne und Zielsetzungen zur Umsatzsteigerung

  • Steigerung und Zugewinn von Marktanteilen mit dem aktuellen Produktportfolio

  • Impulsgeber/-in für neue Strategien und Konzepte

  • Führung und Förderung der zugeordneten Vertriebsmitarbeiter/-innen im Außendienst auch mithilfe von digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln

  • Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung für die anvertraute Region sowie Verhandlungsführung mit zugeordneten Einkaufsgemeinschaften

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu Meinungsbildnern im persönlichen Kontakt sowie über digitale Kanäle

  • Umsetzung von erarbeiteten Konzepten, Plänen und Zielsetzungen zur Umsatz- und Wachstumssteigerung sowie Projektarbeit für absatzfördernde Maßnahmen

  • Kontinuierliches Sicherstellen der hohen Datenqualität in unserem CRM System

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes natur- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten und Arzneimitteln sowie gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitsmarktes

  • Pharmareferent/-in oder Sachkenntnisse nach § 75 AMG

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Verhandlungen mit Einkäufern, Einkaufsgemeinschaften und Apothekern

  • Erfahrung in chirurgischen Disziplinen einschließlich Hospitationen im OP

  • Einschlägige Expertise in der disziplinarischen Führung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitern (w/m/d) im Vertriebsaußendienst

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln (z.B. MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.) und CRM Systemen

  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeits- und Vorgehensweise

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge gut nachvollziehbar zu vermitteln

  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Kl. 3/B
