Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

für die Gebiete Nord (Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen, Hamburg, Niedersachsen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) und Ost (Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Thüringen).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie gewinnen aktiv Marktanteile für den Einsatz unserer hochwertigen Spezialprodukte entlang aller chirurgischen Disziplinen und erhöhen unsere Sichtbarkeit bei Anwendern und Einkäufern in Kliniken und Krankenhäusern

  • Sie entwickeln Account-Pläne und führen laufend Marktanalysen durch

  • Sie erschließen aktiv Buying Center in Kliniken und steigern die Sichtbarkeit unserer Produkte aus dem AMG- und MPG-regulierten Bereich

  • Sie organisieren wissenschaftliche Vorträge und Kongresse und nehmen an Symposien teil

  • Sie organisieren Veranstaltungen zur Aus- und Weiterbildung von medizinischem Fachpersonal unter Einbezug von Meinungsbildnern

  • Sie präsentieren unsere Therapiekonzepte über virtuelle Kanäle und beraten Ihre Kunden persönlich sowie mithilfe von Videokonferenz Software

  • Sie gehen auf die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Zielgruppe ein und pflegen zielgerichtet den Dialog zu Entscheidern

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Gesundheitsökonomie, der Natur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

  • Sie sind vertraut mit Abläufen in Krankenhäusern und bewegen sich souverän im Operationssaal

  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Arzneimitteln und/oder Medizinprodukten

  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits nachweisliche signifikante Erfolge im Aufbau eines bislang stagnierenden Gebiets erzielen

  • Sie sind Pharmareferent (w/m/d) oder verfügen über die Sachkenntnis nach §75 AMG

  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Ehrgeiz, Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und Agilität

  • Sie treten positiv, selbstbewusst und verbindlich auf und halten, was Sie versprechen

  • Sie sehen die digitale Transformation als Chance und verwenden Videokonferenz-Software ebenso selbstverständlich wie CRM Systeme und webbasierte Datenbanken
