Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. Inside Sales Representative Hemodialysis (f/m/d)

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche, technische, medizinische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in kundenbezogenen Funktionen (z.B. Vertriebsinnen- oder Außendienst, Customer Service – Fokus Outbound) idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Medizintechnikbranche

  • Pharmareferent*in (IHK) oder Sachkenntnis nach § 75 AMG

  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Verbindlichkeit und Abschlussstärke

  • Zielorientierung, Teamgeist, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Freude an Projektarbeit

  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten am Telefon

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen

  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, vernetzt zu denken

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Vorstellung und Verkauf aller Baxter-Produkte und -therapien für die Hämodialyse (HD) und Heim-Hämodialyse (HHD) bei Ärzt*innen, Pflegenden, Techniker*innen, Einkäufer*innen, Apotheker*innen und weiteren relevanten Kundengruppen

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der geplanten Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ertragsziele im Gebiet

  • Strategien zur Kundengewinnung entwickeln und umsetzen

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Management von Kundenprojekten

  • Definition von Schlüsselkunden und Meinungsbildner*innen und deren Betreuung

  • Definition und Aufbau von Referenzzentren

  • Einsatz der festgelegten Kommunikations- und Werbeunterlagen sowie Umsetzung der definierten Vorteils- und Nutzenargumentationen in Kundengesprächen

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung zielorientierter Preisverhandlungen mit Kunden sowie eigenständige Angebotserstellung in Absprache mit Führungskräften und unter Berücksichtigung geltender Vorschriften

  • Dokumentation aller kundenrelevanten Aktivitäten (z.B. Anrufe) und Projekte im definierten CRM System (BOOST) nach Vorgaben

  • Regelmäßige Analyse der Finanzkennzahlen des Gebietes auf Basis der zur Verfügung gestellten Analyseinstrumente

  • Erfassung von Kundenreklamationen und Complaints entsprechend der gültigen Regularien
