We have a fantastic opportunity for those seeking first experience in Digital Marketing and Sales.

What is the Graduate Program about?

We aim to develop top diverse talent for ourCommercial organization. This includes:

  • Initial assignment to a job / project

  • Frequent feedback sessions with your manager

  • Developing your professional skills

  • Meetings with Leadership Team and Baxter Resource Groups

  • Peer network and cross-functional interaction within our global community at Baxter

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • Willingness to learn

  • A positive attitude and growth mindset

  • Flexible, adaptable, and mature approach

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work on projects

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Comfortable working in a team as well as independently

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and self-motivation skills

  • Determination and enthusiasm

  • Availability to work 16-20 hrs/week starting in September 2022
