Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Clinical Sales Representative (f/m/d)

im Gebiet Kassel - Fulda - Göttingen - Erfurt - Aschaffenburg - Darmstadt

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben ein Studium der Naturwissenschaften und/oder eine adäquate klinische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen

  • Sie präsentieren gerne vor Publikum und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz, Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

  • Sie sind Pharmareferent*in (IHK) oder verfügen über die Sachkenntnis nach §75 AMG

  • Sie sind vertraut mit den Abläufen im Operationssaal und konnten bereits erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten oder Arzneimitteln im Klinikumfeld sammeln

  • Sie fühlen sich wohl im Dialog sowie in der Verhandlungsführung mit Entscheider*innen aus Klinikapotheken und dem Einkauf

  • Sie haben einen Führerschein Kl.3/B und sind zu Dienstreisen, ggf. auch mit Übernachtungen, bereit

  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, um an internationalen Veranstaltungen und interdisziplinären Projekten teilnehmen zu können

  • Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen einschließlich der Erstellung und Auswertung von Account Analysen

  • Sie sind vertraut mit Videokonferenz Software (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.), virtuellen Fortbildungen und webbasierten Trainings

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einführung und Verkauf unserer anspruchsvollen Produkte (Hämostatika, Versiegler, Gewebekleber, Gewebeersatz, Adhäsionsprophylaxe, Patient Blood Management Lösungen) in allen chirurgischen Disziplinen

  • Beratung der Zielgruppen (Anwendung, Apotheke, Einkauf) im Verkaufsgebiet

  • Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden sowie Akquisition von Neukunden

  • Hospitationen im OP und Pflege der Beziehungen zu klinischen Meinungsbildner*innen und Entscheider*innen

  • Präsentation unserer Therapiekonzepte über virtuelle Kanäle und Beratung der Kunden auch mithilfe von Videokonferenz Software

  • Erstellung von Umsatz- und Marktanalysen im Verkaufsgebiet

  • Pflege des CRM-Systems einschließlich der datenbasierten Ableitung wirkungsvoller Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung und Umsatzsteigerung sowie der Abgabe von Verkaufsprognosen (Forecast)

  • Teilnahme an und ggf. Planung von Kongressen und Veranstaltungen
