You will be a part of the EMEA Center of Excellence group located in Poland (Lublin or Warsaw ideally) and be responsible for supporting and implementation of technical solution for the MES - Manufacturing Execution System (EBR-XFP Siemens) infrastructure and software installation across all the Regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC) on-site and in the cloud. This unique job requires the ability to work effectively and closely with the MES CoE team members as well as with the plant IT team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prioritize tasks, resolve complex problems. Requires little direction, gives guidance to others, works on technical projects, and has advanced knowledge within area of functional responsibility:

  • Install, test, and maintain MES standards and customized infrastructure and software packages across the different instances & environments (On-Premise and in Cloud),

  • Guide and support the plant IT in achieving MES upgrades and standards & compliance at their own infrastructure,

  • Provide high level of technical support, as needed, and perform root cause analysis for problems experienced within area of technical responsibility,

  • Implement and support advanced and diverse technical solutions that address the MES infrastructure & software requirements,

  • Provide technical support and expertise on the technical components of both medium and large projects,

  • Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise,

  • Identify and implement technical improvements in the architecture and/or infrastructure of existing systems,

  • Support upgrade projects such as to expand or renovate the global infrastructure.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience required, including 5+ years in a technical environment. Multiple certifications preferred,

  • Oracle Database (12c or higher) is required,

  • Microsoft OS Server (2012 or higher) is required,

  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS knowledge is preferred),

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, independently and under minimal direct supervision,

  • Ability to understand and assist in evolution and/or integration of Baxter applications,

  • Keep good communication, motivation and actively support emotional intelligence into the organization,

  • Strong organizational and accountability skills required,

  • Achieve and maintain good relationship and visibility with the Center of Excellence, with the vendor and the stakeholders,

  • Fluent English is a must.
