Résumé

Le Team leader réalise les analyses de routine et hors routine afin d’atteindre les objectifs de Qualité, Quantité, Coût en toute sécurité. Il responsabilise les équipes au maintien du 6S. Il initie des améliorations de processus via les outils du QLP (OPA / TAC / QIT / MRA / SNC).

En collaboration avec le coordinateur et le superviseur, le Team Leader donne son support à toutes les activités annexes au release proprement dit : Investigation, NCR, CAPA, Audit, amélioration méthode, commande de matériel, gestion des équipements, etc.

Il est responsable de l’équipe de techniciens de laboratoire qui réalisent toutes les manipulations liées aux activités diverses. Il répartit les ressources au quotidien en fonction des impératifs de libérations, dans le respect de la qualité et des délais.

Il a pour priorité la coordination et la conduite des activités du laboratoire microbiologie liées à la libération des matières premières de production, des produits finis, des stabilités mais aussi de l’environnement, qualifications et validation.

Tâches et Responsibilités

Le Team Leader doit être capable d’effectuer les tâches suivantes :

  • Réaliser les tests planifiés suivant les procédures en vigueur en respectant les délais d’analyse, et documenter/encoder les résultats finaux dans les délais impartis.
  • Assurer le suivi des activités quotidiennes pour le maintien d’une bonne organisation, pour éviter les urgences et respecter les délais (assurer les activités d’analyses, les demandes vers l’extérieur, la conformité des résultats, le suivi des initiations des investigations, le suivi des consommables)
  • Répondre aux questions techniques concernant l’utilisation des équipements et l’application des méthodes d’analyse de routine.
  • Implémenter les actions d’amélioration qualité (points d’audit, TW, etc…), de process ainsi que du 6S.
  • Remonter au superviseur, au minimum lors des Tier I, tout incident (résultat atypique, résultat hors limite, résultat invalide, problème d’équipement ou de manipulation, absence de document, absence d’information, autre) provoquant un retard par rapport à la planification. Assurer la communication de tout incident relatif à la sécurité ou à la qualité.
  • Supporter la team doc dans la vérification des données générées par ses collègues càd correction des rapports.
  • Respecter et assurer le respect des règles de bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (GLP), de bonnes pratiques de documentation (GDP), ainsi que celles relatives à la sécurité et à l’environnement.
  • Assurer le suivi de son plan de formation et vérifier que celui-ci est complet.
  • Participer aux tâches quotidiennes communes du laboratoire inhérentes à l’activité de technicien : respect du planning, self inspection 6S, visual management, archivage, récupérer et trier les échantillons, ranger sa zone de travail et les parties communes, éliminer les échantillons analysés, faire la vaisselle et mettre en stérilisation

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme scientifique (chimie, biochimie, biotechnologie)
  • Vous avez une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans le domaine scientifique
  • Bonnes connaissances en la suite Office et des outils informatifs inhérents à la fonction
  • Connaissances réglementaires (GMP, Pharmacopées) et connaissance des techniques analytiques comme HPLC, GC, UPLC, tests physico-chimiques…
  • Vous maitrisez le Français et avez de bonnes notions en Anglais.
  • Rigoureux, réactif et proactif
  • Esprit Quality très développé
  • Bon niveau de Collaboration et de communication
  • Pouvoir organiser et planifier
