Summary

Do you have great knowledge about CRRT and acute dialysis treatment, are a strong influencer within the therapy and live in Sweden we have a new opening as a Nordic Therapy Specialist in our Medication Delivery & Acute team at Baxter.

You will work in an innovative business area with the chance to make a difference for the patients’ lives. We are providing innovative products and services that help healthcare professionals improve the quality of acute treatments.

We offer a flexible work environment within a fast-paced industry. You collaborate closely with your team members in the Nordics and contribute with great Acute therapy knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Therapy specialist you will lead our implementations within Acute and drive the training and educational part with key customers in the healthcare sector in the Nordics.

  • You will be responsible to develop and maintain a good, long-term working relationship with customers along with expanding existing accounts within your own region (purchasers, doctors, nurses, technician’s, heads of department and administrators).
  • You will deliver product- and therapy trainings to the hospital staff, both at site and virtually with digital tools available.
  • You will be part of our digital transformation and develop content suitable for virtual meetings and trainings.
  • You will be responsible to virtually generate new sales leads.
  • You will deliver effective sales presentations, provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations, and pricing quotes to prospects.
  • You will drive sales through new service offerings to new and existing customers.
  • Support Account managers with implementation and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • You have strong knowledge in the field of acute dialysis treatment ICU experience and CRRT
  • You enjoy being in front of a crowd presenting and thrive when you are negotiating with prospects.
  • You need to have practical experience from ICU or great understanding of dialysis and renal treatments.
  • You need to have a technical understanding of the Acute product portfolio and how this is used in the ICU.
  • You are quick to understand and adapt – especially when our customers’ needs change.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
  • The position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
  • Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel.
  • You have good organization and time management skills.
  • You demonstrate business acumen, accountability and strong knowledge of sales processes.
