Main Objective:

  • Guarantee manufacturing operations ensuring compliance with Sanitary Legislation and standards. Fulfilling the assortment and shipment operations according to the Pno's. with guidelines of: Quality, security, financial, regulatory corporate that apply to the central warehouse and the distribution area. Provide services and information to internal customers of the organization. Guarantee the safeguarding of company assets. Ensure the shipment of orders in a timely manner

Main Activities, Responsibilities and Authorities:

  • Foster a culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices in the organization.
  • Comply with activities within a regulatory framework according to Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Good Storage Practices.
  • Meet leadership expectations assigned according to the position
  • Coordinate home routes with a glider and schedule home shipments
  • Follow up the tracking of daily deliveries
  • Responsible for closing home and hospital orders (Status)
  • Coordinate the review and separation of EDOM orders for the assembly of packages for collection and Stock
  • Generate and release Hospital orders and scheduling of hospital shipments.
  • Prepare and deliver the bill of lading and documentation for delivery of orders.
  • Control daily expense freight EDOM/HOSP
  • Coordinate cycle counts and monthly inventories
  • Warehouse occupancy control manager, empty pallets and liners
  • Responsible for sending the overtime report and stationery supplies
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage and assortment of finished product until delivery to the customer according to the PNO's.
  • Report news of equipment, forklifts, PE, satellite cars and other infrastructure.
  • Control of shift personnel (attendance, schedule compliance).
  • Assignment of equipment and tasks according to the process to be carried out.
  • Responsible for ensuring inventory reliability
  • Responsible for compliance with internal inventory control
  • Responsible for generating operation indicators.
  • Coordinate that technical and operational personnel comply with the shipment program.

Scholaship:

  • Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering or related
  • Green Belt certificate is desired.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years in control of distribution warehouses
  • Experience in the use of information technology tools. (WMS/ERP)

  • Used to collaborate in a bilingual environment.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of ERP and WMS.
  • Knowledge of the Local Health Regulation (COFEPRIS) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
  • Trend analysis.
  • Computer (office management), inventory control.
  • Management of computer administrative systems.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 13485 / NOM 059 / SOX standard.
  • Cold chain, warehouse equipment and maintenance programs.
