Tu rol en Baxter:

Tenemos una gran oportunidad para un Ingeniero Mecánico/ Industrial en nuestra planta de Sabiñánigo. Esta posición combina el trabajo de oficina de gestión, diseño, coordinación de proveedores, gestión de presupuesto, con el trabajo de planta de análisis de procesos, seguimiento de pruebas, arranque de nuevas instalaciones o modificaciones.

Debes conocer los objetivos definidos para tu departamento y para la planta, y trabajar y/o liderar a tu equipo para conseguirlos. Es muy importante conocer las instalaciones y procesos en profundidad para garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento de Normas y legislación.

¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades?

  • Trabajar para la mejora y optimización de instalaciones, servicios y procesos productivos en cuanto a productividad, calidad y seguridad
  •  Trabajar en la elaboración de los nuevos proyectos que impliquen cambios en instalaciones servicios y procesos de fabricación de la planta desde la fase de Diseño hasta la validación
  • Trabajar en la implantación de sistemas de medición de procesos como el OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
  • Gestionar el presupuesto del proyecto que se le asigna.
  • Cumplir / asegurar cumplimiento de las Normas Generales de EHS establecidas en la empresa y específicas de la Sección. Requisitos legales, requisitos de Baxter y normativas (GMPs, ISO y OHSAS)
  • Desarrollar y/o supervisar cuantos planos, memorias, pliegos de condiciones técnicas y presupuestos sean necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos, asegurando la calidad de los trabajos acordes a especificaciones.
  • Diseñar y/o verificar que los diseños de las instalaciones cumplen la Legislación técnica correspondiente.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los parámetros de Seguridad, Ergonomía e Higiene Industrial contemplados en la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Reales Decretos e Instrucciones Técnicas Complementarias tanto en la fase de diseño, como de construcción, instalación y posterior uso a que vaya destinado el proyecto.
  • Búsqueda de proveedores, valoración de ofertas y seguimiento de presupuestos de ejecución y control de costes.
  • Comunicación de cambios (Change control) para la evaluación del impacto de la ejecución de los proyectos en el desarrollo de las funciones del resto de secciones.
  • Elaboración de informes para concesión de inversiones (CPAs) relativas a las necesidades de cada proyecto.
  • Gestión de contratistas, ordenación de tareas y control de plazos de ejecución y entrega.
  • Gestión del personal interno como apoyo a la consecución de los proyectos o como colaboradores de los mismos.

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Nivel de inglés medio-alto escrito y hablado.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Office y MS Project
  • Universitaria con base técnica. Ingeniería Superior o Ingeniería Técnica.
  • Formación en Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Aconsejable Formación en Prevención de Riesgos laborales (Recurso preventivo).
  • Al menos un año en puesto similar
