Overview

Wir produzieren in unserem Werk in Halle/Westfalen Arzneimittel zur Therapie verschiedener Krebs- und anderer lebensbedrohenden Erkrankungen. Neben eigenen Produkten sind dies Medikamente, die wir in Lohnherstellung für Dritte produzieren.

Customer Service Specialist / Kundenbetreuer Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d)

– zunächst befristet auf 2Jahre

Aufgaben:

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie als Teil des CSCM-Teams (Customer Service Contract Manufacturing) alle Aufgaben in der umfassenden Betreuung von Bestandskunden, einschließlich deren termin- und mengengerechten Produktversorgung und stellen den Customer Service Level sicher. Sie stellen einerseits Baxter-intern alle Kundenbelange dar und vertreten andererseits die Baxter-Interessen gegenüber den Kunden. In unserer mittelständisch geprägten Firmenkultur in Verbindung mit der gelebten Internationalität und Vielfältigkeit des Baxter-Konzerns unterstützen Sie durch Ihre Leidenschaft und Freude an der Arbeit für Menschen u.a. mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Überwachen der internen Lieferkette
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Preisdaten als auch Lieferkonditionen im Stammsatz des ERP-Systems
  • Auftragsanlage und Fakturierung
  • Teilnahme an Optimierungsprojekten (auch technischer Natur)
  • Initiieren des Versandvorgangs und Zusammenführen der vollständigen auftrags-begleitenden Dokumentation
  • Erstellen, Pflegen und regelmäßiges Vorstellen von Kunden-Scorecards
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Kundenbesuchen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund sowie fundierten kaufmännischen Kenntnissen, alternativ abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von internationalen Kunden (z.B. im Vertriebsinnendienst / Logistik)
  • Kenntnisse oder Vorerfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sichere Kommunikation (deutsch und englisch in Wort und Schrift)
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, ACCESS)
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
