Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

MISSION :

  • Vendre un ensemble large de produits et services : générateurs de dialyse et produits associés.

RESPONSABILITES :

  • Informer et conseiller les interlocuteurs sur les nouveaux produits dedialyse
  • Développement des ventes d’équipements et de consommables des services de Dialyse chronique : 

    - Dynamiser les ventes par de nouvelles approches
    - Prospecter et négocier
    - Suivre les consultations d’appel d’offre, les créations de nouveaux sites et l’évolution des structures
    - Assurer des rendez-vous commerciaux réguliers
    - Mettre en place des projets
    - Assurer la fidélité des clients

Relations clients 

  • Participer à l’organisation des formations et des démonstrations
  • Gérer avec les techniciens du SAV les problèmes après la vente
  • Assurer les remontées d’information pour la pharmacovigilance

Analyse du marché : 

  • Etudier la concurrence : prix, produit, services associés, techniques de ventes..
  • Réaliser les prévisions de vente
  • Se tenir au courant des besoins en HD des clients et prospects
  • Informer les praticiens de l’évolution scientifique des produits et présenter les résultats d’études

Savoirs / Savoir Faire

  • Bac+2 minimum dans le domaine commercial (type BTS NRC) et/ou technique (type biochimie)
  • Anglais (lu, écrit, parlé) souhaité
  • Expérience dans le secteur médical (hémodialyse) exigée de 5 ans
  • Connaissances techniques et scientifiques de la dialyse associées à celles de la vente
  • Savoir négocier
  • Analyser le marché
  • Anticiper et fidéliser sa clientèle
  • Gérer les priorités
  • Connaissance de l’environnement et des circuits à l’hôpital (ventes, bon usage, …).
  • Connaissance des aspects réglementaires et pharmaco-thérapeutiques
