La mission

  • Elaborer la stratégie pour la gamme Nutrition Adulte en lien avec la stratégie Europe et mettre en œuvre les plans d’actions opérationnels dans le respect de la réglementation, de l’éthique, de la Charte de la Visite Médicale et de son référentiel en vigueur.
  • Définir la stratégie de lancement 3 produits et d’1 nouvelle indication.

Les principales responsabilités

  • Elaborer avec l’ensemble des acteurs concernés le plan stratégique du portefeuille produit et assurer sa réalisation
  • S’assurer que les plans et les stratégies répondent aux changements qui se déroulent sur le marché et répondent aux besoins des clients.
  • Etre à l’écoute des remontées du terrain concernant les attentes du marché
  • Comprendre et analyser les stratégies, l’organisation et portefeuille produits des principaux marchés et concurrents
  • Produire des prévisions de ventes et de production et suivre l’évolution de la situation.
  • Optimiser la rentabilité de la gamme
  • Concevoir, coordonner, adapter et mettre en place les actions de communication (classique et digitale) et de promotion auprès des clients
  • Participer à l’organisation des congrès et organiser les symposiums
  • Mettre en œuvre les campagnes
  • Arbitrer les allocations de moyens
  • Assurer l’interface avec la Franchise et gérer la relation International / Maison-mère / autres filiales. Représenter la filiale France sur son business
  • Soyez le « champion produit » reconnu en développant et en mettant continuellement à jour les connaissances sur la thérapie, le produit et le marché.
  • Définir une politique de prix, en prenant en compte les différences entre les canaux de distribution, les objectifs de marge, la concurrence et la réceptivité aux messages clefs
  • Elaborer et coordonner avec les fonctions requises les programmes de formation pour les équipes terrain
  • Développer / Adapter les outils de formation et des supports produits, services et thérapies en collaboration avec les affaires médicales, régional ou global
  • Développer et maintenir de solides relations de travail avec les principaux clients et KOLs afin de soutenir les objectifs actuels et futurs.

Profil recherché

Expériences et qualifications

  • Niveau universitaire Bac+3/5 idéalement avec une formation marketing
  • 5 ans minimum en marketing produits pharmaceutiques, la connaissance de la nutrition ou de l'oncologie ou des soins de support en oncologie
  • Anglais courant

Compétences techniques

  • Bonnes connaissances des techniques marketings (analyse de marché, campagnes, positionnement prix, segmentation, digital…)
  • Savoir analyser les performances financières
  • Savoir définir des plans d’actions
  • Capacité à analyser et anticiper les tendances du marché
  • Connaissance de l’environnement institutionnel.
