Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. L’Evolving Health Manager fait partie de l'organisation Integrated Care Solutions France. Le titulaire du poste est responsable du développement de relations à long terme avec instances dirigeants des comptes à différents niveaux (hôpital, groupe d'hôpitaux, groupements d'achat). Ces relations seront basées sur la mise en œuvre du déploiement de solutions optimisant une création de valeur pour toutes les parties prenantes.

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de créer des opportunités au sein des comptes stratégiques, d'élaborer les plans de compte et de proposer des services monétisables

.

En interne, le titulaire du poste sera une ressource experte, avec un large éventail de contacts à travers la direction générale dans chaque compte. Il / Elle pourra aider ses collègues à accéder à ces contacts et pourra utiliser le réseau pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour Baxter. Le titulaire du poste travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec les Strategic Account Managers et les Responsables de l’Accès au Marché afin de créer des offres de services sur mesure pour ces comptes stratégiques.

Le titulaire du poste reportera du Directeur Integrated Care Solutions.

Principaux Rôles et Responsabilités

• Développe des partenariats avec principaux dirigeants de comptes platinum, gère la carte des décideurs dans les hôpitaux.

• Développe un large éventail de contacts à travers la haute direction dans les comptes platinum, facilite l’accès des Business Units à ces niveaux.

• Développe l’accès à des parties prenantes internes et externes qui se sont engagées dans le développement de parcours d’innovation et de soins et tire parti de la relation pour assurer la participation de Baxter à des projets majeurs à intérêt commercial.

• Identifie les besoins des clients et les tendances du marché grâce à des relations avec des clients clés.

• Conjointement avec chaque BU, s'accorde sur les opportunités d'améliorer l'efficience et l'efficacité des soins là où Baxter possède une expertise.

• Transforme les opportunités en plans d’action / projet mesurables, détermine les KPI avec BU.

• Pour chaque initiative, prépare la mise en place et la valorisation du projet en ligne avec les propositions de valeur des différentes BU, la cartographie des parties prenantes, la politique de prix et l’analyse de rentabilité en vue de l’intégration dans un appel d’offres ou un contrat avec l’établissement.

  • Élabore et met en œuvre les plans de changement et d'amélioration de la prestation de services.
  • Coordonne le travail d’équipes pluridisciplinaires autour des besoins et attentes de ses comptes
  • Dirige la réalisation de modèles d’impact budgétaire et de données en vie réelle pour mettre en évidence les gains potentiels d’efficacité
  • Produit et maintient un plan de compte One Baxter pour les comptes platinum dont il a la charge

Qualifications, Compétences et Expérience

Pour réussir dans ce poste, la personne retenue doit être en mesure d'accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. Des aménagements raisonnables peuvent être faits pour permettre aux personnes handicapées d'exercer des fonctions essentielles.

  • Possède un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en planification d'entreprise / analyse de marché, établissant des propositions de valeur basées sur les principes d'accès au marché
  • Expérience de vente senior (au niveau du compte)
  • Expérience en processus d'appel d'offres national / régional
  • Idéalement, expérience en gestion de produits / mgt de marque
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais
  • Orientation business et compréhension des enjeux financiers
  • Capacité à comprendre rapidement la logistique, les prix, le service client et les processus et objectifs de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Compétences en gestion de projet
  • Capacité à mener des négociations complexes
  • Capacité à penser en dehors des cases établies, à la recherche de création de valeur
  • Capacité d’influence pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Au fil du temps, développe une solide connaissance du large portefeuille de produits et services Baxter et une capacité à générer de la différentiation. Capacité à comprendre les demandes explicites ou non des clients pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités
