The Sr. Business Analyst, Global Quality Training will be primarily responsible for compliance related sustaining and improvement initiatives (eg: Quality Training KPIs, Quality Site and Risk Models, compliance tracking and trending, tools for efficiency and innovation). The incumbent will ensure continued regulatory compliance and satisfaction of Quality and Integrated Supply Chain training related business requirements and will translate Quality and Integrated Supply Chain feedback into technical requirements/project execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.  This section contains a list of primary responsibilities of the work.  The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

General

  • Implements GLS quality training sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiencies (automation), simplification, global compliance and inspection readiness
  • Support the resolution and troubleshooting of various operational issues within GLS Quality Training
  • Support LPs and cohorts across Quality & Integrated Supply Chain with interpreting training reports and metrics as needed

KPIs and Data

  • Works with QMS Steward 01 for tracking/trending Training KPIs for the Quality Site Model and Site Capability Model
  • Develop and maintain Internal Global Quality Training Dashboard and Project Tracking Tool. Monitors Quality Training KPIs and provides input to Quality Training KPI Dashboard.
  • Track, trend, and analyze training related QMS data (NCRs, CAPAs, SCARs) and define related action limits.
  • Work with IT and GLS Analytics to aggregate and organize data to define new opportunities for fostering Compliance, Quality Culture, and Continuous Improvement

Business Analysis

  • Gather GLS Quality Training and business stakeholder feedback/suggestions related to software systems (LMS and HRIS)
  • Partner with HR Digital Operations teams (systems owners, BPOs, and GLS Analytics) to define the requirements, and transform them into viable and compliant solutions

  • Extract, analyze, and troubleshoot data from quality training related systems (eg: LMS/CSOD) to ensure accuracy  and suitability and compliance of information and reporting as needed.

Process Development

  • Develop and maintain methods for continuous monitoring for periodic review of Quality training metrics as related to system capabilities

  • Develop and maintain mechanisms and technical solutions related to GxP Content Control.

  • Works in collaboration with stakeholders, QMS Element stewards, associated System Owners, and analytics to harmonize Training KPIs across QMS elements, sites, and global teams

  • Develop and maintain data models and process flows with respect to Quality training and Regulatory processes.

  • Ensure optimization of operational flows, performance measurement processes and results

Miscellaneous

  • Support testing of new/updated applications, systems and technologies as needed.

  • Provide Learning Professional support for regions within time zone as needed, in coordination with Quality Training Regional Team

  • Occasional Travel may be required (> 10%)
  • Requires regular meetings with process owners and stakeholders in all time zones, primarily during Global Headquarters working hours (Central Time = GMT – 6)
