Summary:

• Install service and maintain products, distributed by Baxter in the defined area of responsibility.
• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
• Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts
• Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
• Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
• Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility
• Skills:
• Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, Understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive
• Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.
• Natural interest in IT applications
• Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel,)
• Qualification and Experience:
• Graduate/ Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering
• 3-5 years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience
