工作职责：

1.      为医院客户提供全面的产品知识和规范的临床应用指导，快速有效解决客户问题困扰

2.      结合腹透业务发展方向、针对不同客户在不同阶段的临床需求，搭建支持服务体系，并根据临床支持部项目制定治疗推广方案

3.      通过定期拜访客户，了解行业市场动态，优化及发展客户关系，与行业KOL保持互动，以确保临床支持与治疗推广策略的执行

4.      为患者提供专业的关爱，协调解决解答患者诉求和问题

5.      利用数字化平台，制定线上线下的治疗推广项目并执行，有效地将专业学术经验与产品优势传递给区域临床客户

6.      为公司内部客户和合作伙伴提供产品介绍和培训，并提供意见、建议和指导

任职资格：

1.      临床医学、临床护理等本科及以上学历

2.      具有3年以上肾脏科或腹透临床经验，从事过带教工作的人员优先考虑

3.      三年以上在跨国器械行业的临床培训经验者优先考虑

4.      客户为核心的服务意识，以与KOL建立和维持长期的良好关系

5.      专业的演讲能力，良好的沟通能力，团队合作的协调能力

6.      愿意接受出差
