JOB LOCATION:  Deerfield, Illinois

POSITION: Sr. IT Manager – Global Enterprise Analytics

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Engage and communicate effectively with business leaders and business subject matter experts to define and align on constructive and tangible data strategies; Be a key contributor to establish an effective business engagement & service delivery model that can be leveraged across Enterprise Data work streams; Plan and execute the global roadmaps through to product launch at both global and regional level whilst maintaining compliance to global data and infrastructure architecture models; Prepare project charters with appropriate follow up to approved status; Ensure quality and milestone progress is effectively supervised with status reporting on all key project deliverables; Participate in development of the Global Enterprise Data vision and related strategy, responsible for translating that strategy into short-term and long-term goals and deliverables; Manage and/or liaise with a team of data & analytics professionals responsible for designing and implementing regional and global analytics solutions including self-service offerings.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, plus 10 years related experience that must include: Build data assets, business intelligence, and analytics solutions in the life science and medical device domain using cloud native technologies (Snowflake, Tableau, AWS suite of tools) to improve product service quality and to provide analytics to external customers (5 yrs); Manage and execute data analytics projects to integrate data from medical devices, CRM and ERP systems using Agile methods including SCRUM and hybrid agile-waterfall to provide operational, prescriptive and predictive analytics capabilities (5 yrs); Manage and liaise with a team of data analysts, data architects, data engineers, and visualization engineers who design and implement global analytics solutions leveraging AWS services and cloud-native data technologies (5 yrs); Define data strategies, build enterprise data products and manage service delivery execution for enterprise data projects, including computer system validated applications, in the Commercial and R&D domains (3 yrs).
