As a Care Communications Workflow Consultant, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.

The Care Communications Workflow Consultantwill develop clinical sales strategies to support Baxter’s US Connected Care Solutions sales organization aimed at expanding industry market share and bridging the gap between clinical and IT personnel at healthcare organizations. Lead the development of clinical relationships with healthcare institutions for large, complex connectivity sales opportunities. The position will be responsible for conducting clinical workflow assessments and presenting these findings to hospital executive clinical leadership.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and managing clinical assessment.

  • Designing a clinical assessment report.

  • Delivering presentations related to clinical workflow optimization.

  • Delivering demonstrations to key prospects of the connected ecosystem.

  • Being the liaison with clinical leadership at key accounts.

  • You will be the “Voice of the customer” from a clinical point of view back to Care Solutions product, engineering and marketing internal stakeholders.

  • Educate Sales team on Clinical Informatics trends in the market.

  • Work closely with sales training team to develop clinical sales training.

What you'll bring

  • Having an active Registered Nurse license.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required. A Masters (MS or MSN) in related healthcare field is optional, but desired.

  • Previous nursing leadership experience along with previous nursing education/training experience.

  • Minimum of 5+ years recent acute care nursing experience or nursing unit leadership experience.

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a clinical sales support role.

  • Excellent presentation skills and able to build written content with little direction.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.  At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.  To that end, this position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $180,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position.  The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
