Job Summary: The IT Helpdesk Intern will support the Thailand organization by managing the IT/IS environment including systems, network, software, hardware, database, and reporting.

Job Descriptions:

• IT Support: To provide technical support to users for troubleshooting problems with BusinessApplication, PCs, LANs and their components

• IT Asset Management: Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and ensuring properly documentedauthorization of all acquisitions and disposals.

• IT Security: To protect company systems from external intruders and virus attacks. In addition, supportthe company’s network using virus protection l.

• Build new computer for new joiner.

• To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field preferred or relevant work experience.

• Hands on experience with desktop, end user support

• Be able to communicate confidently with users

• Basic IT knowledge of MS Applications (including Office, Sharepoint, Outlook), Networking.

• Team player and self-motivated.
