Manage all aspects of assigned plant projects from concept, through implementation until final close.Provide technical and project management support to key plant stakeholders. Responsible for supporting the overall efficiency of newly installed and existing manufacturing equipment and processes.

  • Manage the design, installation and execution of projects to successfully meet all customer requirements.Manage project scope, schedule, costs, quality, contractors & assigned resources.Communicate and hold project status, planning and problem solving meetings.Produce project schedule, costs & progress reports.Effectively manage issues, conflicts and changes that arise.

  • Identify, develop, evaluate and execute technical solutions as required, for Value Improvement Projects (VIPs), process & productivity improvements/automation, system/facility upgrades and other projects to support quality/regulatory and EHS. Provide various types of engineering support to all internal plant customers as required.

  • Review validations; develop and update engineering specifications, SOPs, standards, operating manuals and other technical documentation.  Develop clear technical documents to describe processes and their state of validation. Review and specification of new equipment and processes. Support related equipment validation processes.

Education Level

  • University degree, Bachelor of Engineering
