Your Role as a Senior Business Analyst at Baxter

Baxter seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovation and improve patient care worldwide.

Your Impact

You'll drive business innovation and improve patient care. Your expertise in meaningful, collaborative problem-solving will be essential as we undergo a global IT transformation. You'll develop innovative solutions to optimize Baxter's technology, ensuring we stay ahead in a constantly evolving market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with Quality System Management process owners to gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data from QMS processes to identify trends and insights.
• Author and update internal and external documentation.
• Develop business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Drive awareness of requirements across business units.
• Collaborate with IT to implement solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Serve as a leader in technical business processes, developing systems prototypes.
• Communicate findings and project updates to partners and executives.
• Develop structured governance for optimized systems integration.
• Participate in User Acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.

• Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI for Data Analysis and Visualization
• Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart for Business Process Modeling
• JIRA, Confluence for Requirements Management
• TrackWise, MasterControl for Quality Management Systems
• Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom for Collaboration and Communication
• Selenium, UAT Tools for Testing
• Microsoft Project, Trello for Project Management
• Microsoft Word for Documentation

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Demonstrable experience in Quality Management Systems and data analysis.
• Solid grasp of business process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams from various functions.
• Experience with system prototype development and user acceptance testing.
• Preferred: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare or medical device company.
