Overview

In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting the client's portfolio for the Advanced Surgery business - F2F calls, presentations, workshops, participation in local and national congresses & conferences
- Close cooperation with external customers: Hospitals - Management, Administration, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, customer operations, and also wholesalers, consortiums
- Cooperation with internal customers (mainly Marketing/Customer Operation, Medical Dep, RA, and Technical Service in sales process creation in the actual territory
- Sales target realization - manage complex sales cycles and develop territory business plans
- Foster relationships to grow business and differentiate solutions from the competition
- Competitive environment analysis and Baxter/competitors' sales analysis
Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical/ pharmaceutical company
- Experience in hospital sales and OR is an advantage
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Fluent Polish is a must
- Driving license « B » and driving experience
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish business relationships with customers
- Customer and goal orientation
- Good analytical skills to perform customer profiling and segmentation and build actionable account plans
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
